How do I activate ESET with my license key?
Open the ESET application, go to Help and Support, choose Change License, and paste your license key or sign in to ESET HOME. Our team can activate it for you remotely if the key is rejected.
What is the difference between NOD32 and ESET HOME Security?
NOD32 is the classic antivirus-only product. ESET HOME Security is the newer subscription family — Essential, Premium and Ultimate — that adds firewall, password manager, encryption and VPN depending on the tier.
Can I use ESET on multiple devices?
Yes. ESET HOME Security plans cover Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, with device counts depending on the tier you purchase.
